High Silica Fiberglass Ropes are fabricated from continuous air blown high silica fiberglass yarns that contain higher than 96% of SiO2 for continuous service to 2000°F/1100°C. High silica fiberglass ropes are non-toxic, environmentally friendly, and supreme temperature resistant material.
We can also provide high silica fiberglass wicks, specially produced for E cigarette, which are characterized by high oil absorption, quick oil guide, odorless, high temperature resistance. it can also be used for hair drier and electric oven.

Applications:
It is mainly utilized as high temperature insulation and sealing materials, reinforcement raw materials, high temperature resistant expansion joint, thermal coupling, heat wire, conductor and electronic cigarette wick materials etc. High silica wick is also used for banding and heat electric insulating of hair dryer, fan heater and other electrothermal appliances.
Storage:
Unless otherwise stated, high silica fiberglass products should be stored in a cold, tidy, dry environment. A temperature range of 15°C to 35°C and a relative humidity range of 35% to 65% are considered ideal. Please keep them in their original packaging until you are ready to use them. Be sure to shield the product from the weather and any water sources. There is no known shelf life for the product when stored properly, but to ensure optimum performance, retesting is required three years from the product's initial production date.
