Fiberglass Single Yarn

Fiberglass Single Yarn

1. Good tolerant control for linear density
2. High tensile strength
3. Good durability, low fuzz
4. Stable filament textile

Product Introduction

According to the final applications, fiberglass yarns can be divided into Two types, electrical yarns and industrial yarns.

Based on starch or reinforcement sizing, yarns can be divided into Three types, Y-Yarn series, R-Yarn series, and S-Yarn Series.

Y-YARN:Y-series Yarns with starch sizing have excellent weave and heat-cleaning properties. All of the electrical yarns are starch sizing. They are specially designed to weave the electrical fabrics as the based materials for the Printed Boards.

R-YARN: R-series yarns with silane based sizing have high tensile strength of filaments & high alkali resistance, compatible with EP, UP, VE and PF resins.

S-YARN: S-series yarns with both starch and silane based sizing are characterized with excellent weaving properties and flexible for various industrial applications.

Based on the twisting ways, fiberglass yarns are also divided into another two types: Single Yarn and Plied Yarn. Single yarns are the ones which hundreds of single fiberglass filaments are combined together and finished by first twisting. Plied yarns refer to the ones which two or more single yarns are combined together by second twisting.

Product Benefits:

1. Good tolerant control for linear density

2. High tensile strength

3. Good durability, low fuzz

4. Stable filament textile

5. Excellent weaving performance

Storage:

It is advised to store fiberglass single yarns in a cold, dry warehouse. 15 to 35℃ are favorite storage temperatures. 35 to 65% is the recommended storage humidity range. To ensure the product performs optimally before usage, please move it to the production workshop at least 24 hours in advance. Kindly keep the remaining product in sealed packaging after the packaging has been opened until the next use.
