Selecting raw materials → Add water cleaning → drying → Put in → spray light fire heat → ignition heating 1100 -1300 ℃ → glass melting adjustment temperature → drawing → shredded → softening → shreds → filament and tangled finished finished product → packaging → finished product → storage. There are several key steps:
1. Set off fire
A good crucible is placed on the crucible shelf, the crucible must be placed flat, and then glass is added to 1/4 of the crucible, not exceeding the size of both sides of the crucible. When ignition, it is best to have two people, one takes the preheated blowtorch and ignition stick, and one person controls the temperature switch, it should be noted that: before ignition, first preheat the crucible with a blowtorch; Do not move the ignition stick too fast or too slowly when igniting; If you find that the inner glass liquid is blistered and the temperature is uneven, use a spoon to break the bubble, and then mix the glass liquid in the pouch back and mix evenly.
2. Drawing and pumping
After the ignition is completed, when the temperature of the inner glass liquid reaches 1100-1300 ° C, the glass liquid will automatically flow out of the eyes. If some eyes can not flow out of the glass liquid, then use the brushes to pull it. The formula is positive, from the outside to the inside, so it is not easy to break the wire. Do not touch the handlebar and clamp frame to avoid electric shock. After drawing the whole set of silk, connect a few pairs with your hand, and then start to get on the wire.
3. Silk on
Before the wire is loaded, first spray the softener on the drum, wrap the pulled down wire to the drum, be sure to press the indenter firmly, push the drum by hand, and after the wire is pressed, turn on the motor, start running, enter normal production, keep feeding, and keep adjusting the temperature.
