Fiberglass Assembled Gypsum Roving is specially designed for reinforcement of gypsum products. Basically, we chop the gypsum roving into fragments according to a certain length, then mix fragments with gypsum, starch powder and accelerating agent. The mixture is molded, cured, cut and dried to form lightweight boards for construction and decoration. It is widely used to reinforce various gypsums and gypsum boards are its principal product.

Storage:
A cool, dry storage environment is a good assurance that it will continue to perform as intended. Please maintain a temperature of 15 to 35 °C and a relative humidity of 35 to 65%. It is preferable to start production within a year of the production date. It is advised not to stack the pallets more than three layers high for safety reasons.

Q: Do you have any requirements about MOQ of gypsum roving order?
A: If we have some in stock. One pallet (48bobbins/pallet) is all right for the order. Otherwise, it should be negotiable.
Q: Do can you make sure that your products meet our technical requirements?
A: We can send some samples for your lab test to see if the result is what you want. We promise the products delivered are the same as samples. Also, we do very strict QC and inspection before delivery.
Q: Can we pay you with Euros?
A: Yes, we accept Euro current. Please tell us before making quotation.
Q: Could you please tell me more about the loading information for a 20GP container?
A: A 20'GP container can load about 20 ton of Gypsum Roving. There normally are 20pallets (10pallets of 48bobbins/pallet and 10pallets of 64bobbins /pallet).
