This fiberglass rope is manufactured from premium E glass yarns as jackets and has a reinforced core typically composed of Stainless Steel or Inconel Metal Mesh, which would enhance the products' durability.
The fiberglass rope starts with a reinforced core, providing a resilient push-back for applications such as kiln and lab oven doors.
The rope core is then overbraided with high quality E glass texturized yarns that will not burn and will withstand continuous exposure to temperatures of 1000°F / 520°C.
This fiberglass rope resists most acids and alkalis and has no effect on most bleaches and solvents. It is extremely flexible and conformable.

Fiberglass Rope with Reinforced Cores should be used within twelve months of the date of production. It is suggested to keep ropes in its original packing in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. The surfaces on which the rope is placed should be spotless, dry, and devoid of any pollutants such as grease or oil.
FAQ
Q: Do you have any other reinforced materials to improve the durability of the fiberglass ropes?
A: We normally use steel wire and Inconel metal mesh. Other materials upon request.
Q: What to do with the fiberglass ropes to improve their working temperature over 520°C?
A: Heat treatment and coating will do. You are welcome to discuss this kind of technical issue with us.
Q: What shipping way do you help arrange?
A: We can help handle the shipment by sea, and by train.
Q: Have you showcased your products in overseas exhibition?
A: Sure. For example, Canada, South Korea, Germany. We now stop all on-site expo due to covid-19.
