There are two types of glass fiber production process: two molding-rush drawing method, one molding-Chi kiln drawing method.
There are many craftsmanship in the brushes. First, the glass raw materials are melted into glass balls, and then the glass ball is melted secondaryly. This process has various disadvantages such as high energy consumption, unstable molding process, and low labor production rate, and is basically eliminated by large glass fiber manufacturers.
The rustic method of the pond kiln fuses raw materials such as leaf stones into a glass solution in the kiln. After the bubbles are excluded, it is transported to the porous leakage plate through the pathway, and the glass fiber is made of glass fiber. The kiln can be produced at the same time by connecting hundreds of leakage plates through multiple channels. This process is simple, energy conservation, consumption reduction, stable molding, high -efficiency and high yield, which is convenient for large -scale automated production and becoming a mainstream international production process. The glass fiber produced by this process accounts for about 90%of the global output.
